Presentation skills training

Most of us have to make presentations at work, occasionally or regularly: pitching
proposals, or briefing a team, or making announcements. Many people dislike making
presentations - even to small groups. They aren’t sure what to include. They are worried
about their shyness, or their timings. Other people love making presentations, but their
audience doesn’t share the enthusiasm. What could be wrong? What makes people bored,
even of interesting subjects?
It’s very easy for a presentation to go off the rails, and fail to send the message intended.
Your staff may have exactly what your client needs, but, if they can't put things across in
the right way, no one may even hear their message.
Our training workshop will equip participants with techniques to improve the content and
style of their presentations, and covers using tools like Powerpoint slides and whiteboards
for maximum impact. The course is designed for technical staff, project managers, field
engineers, executives or, indeed, anyone who needs to present information and ideas in a
professional manner, to clients or colleagues.
There is something useful for everyone in this compact
course, from learning how to begin a talk, to the best
way to end one. And along the way we will
demonstrate how to avoid the worst crime of
presentation: slide overkill, otherwise known as “death
by Powerpoint”, which is still being committed daily, in
meeting rooms throughout the world.
Our exercises involve realistic scenarios which can be
tailored to your own business needs. Participants will
