No short cuts The capital city of Dublin is a match for any motorist. You’d be lucky to find a clear road, and luckier still a parking space. Our senior project manager discovered this when planning a major training roll-out to thousands of members of the An Garda Síochána. He needed to keep in touch with groups of instructors all over the city, at every hour of the day and night, and there seemed to be nothing for it but to walk. So he walked. It was quite a walk: forty five miles a week, in fact. He walked so that everything would be shipshape, and ready for the training. He walked to be sure that people were happy, and giving their very best. He walked so that everyone could see him, and ask him their questions. He walked 45 miles a week for the entire life of the project to make sure nothing went wrong, or, if it did, that it didn’t stay wrong for long. He says he began to love the walk, even in the bitter winter. He fell in love with Dublin, and destroyed two pairs of brogues in the process. He loved his grandstand view of the project, its wonderful people, and the Irish parks and buildings. His enthusiasm became infectious. Soon instructors on the project started walking, too. They just laced up their shoes and set forth. In fact, walking became such a positive feature of the project that at every daily briefing someone would recommend a particularly comfortable pair of shoes, or champion an inexpensive foot balm. Walking helped bind team members to each other, and the project was a resounding success. We ask nothing of a team that we are not prepared to do ourselves. Our project managers are skilled with people, and lead by example. They’re professional, resilient and resourceful, and will do whatever it takes to drive your project to a successful conclusion. We never bring you a problem unless we’ve thought of a solution, and we propose the simplest, quickest, most cost-effective solutions first. They say, “don’t judge a man until you’ve walked a mile in his shoes”. That’s very wise. It’s why we get to know your organisation, your people and your surroundings - so we can speak with authority about the things that will matter to the project, and to you. We work hard, and tend things carefully, as if they were our own.  Many training companies are good, and will go the extra mile. But will they go the extra forty five miles? We do, and it makes a big difference. © Jazztech Solutions Ltd 1998-2011 All Rights Reserved Registered in England: 3626557 VAT No. 716 6271 34 Evidence of hard work. Shoes at the ready.
