There is a cavernous difference between giving planners and executives a system overview, and training bench engineers how to strip down and troubleshoot on a 19" rack-mounted RF system. People are different. Companies are different. Culture, language, and personalities all impact training design, and we have become very practised at catering for these individual needs. We respect the wishes of the customer, and expect to give technical training that is engaging, as well as informative.
